  12.    ReplaceImage is a program originally released on Fred Fish Disk
  13. 597 as part of a package called Icontools.  Included in IconTools
  14. are also FloatIcon, ReplaceTool, and SwapColors along with source.
  15.  
  16.    ReplaceImage is self documenting; just double click the icon to
  17. see the instructions.
  18.  
  19.    This program not public domain but is freely distributable as
  20. long as it is distributed with this notice and only a nominal fee is
  21. charged for the disks to cover the cost of distribution.  It may be
  22. included in Fred Fish's collection and in Delta Research's JGoodies
  23. disks.  Permission is granted to Nicola Salmoria to use it in his
  24. NewIcons package.

  30. Description of ReplaceImage 1.01:
  31.  
  32.    ReplaceImage will change the image of a number of icons to be
  33. the same as the first one clicked.  This can be used, for example, to
  34. transform all your 1.3 drawer icons into the 2.0 style.  This program
  35. replaces only the gadget structure of an icon and will leave the
  36. DefaultTool and ToolTypes as they were.
  37.  
  38.    To use ReplaceImage you MUST shift click on the icon whose image
  39. you want to use right after clicking on ReplaceImage, then shift
  40. click on all the icons which are to receive this image, double
  41. clicking on the last one.

  43. NOTE:
  44.    Under Workbench 1.3 the changes effected by this program does
  45. not take effect until the icons are reread from the disk.  So it is
  46. necessary to close the drawers involved and to reopen them before
  47. using the modified icons.  Under version 2.0 the changes take
  48. effect immediately.
